Patrick serves as Assistant Vice President and Underwriting Counsel for Commonwealth Land Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He is responsible for underwriting and coordinating the closing of real estate transactions, both nationally and within New York. Prior to joining the NCS team, Patrick served as Agency Counsel for FNF’s New York Agency, where he provided support to agents on residential and commercial transactions, focusing on escrow, settlement, and underwriting guidance.
 
Patrick holds a B.A. from SUNY Plattsburgh and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. He is an active New York State Land Title Association’s Technology Committee member, contributing to industry innovation and best practices.
