Paul serves as Senior Vice President, Director and General Counsel for Commonwealth New York’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He joined NCS in 2015 after having served as Vice President and Associate Counsel at Fidelity National Financial’s In-House Litigation Group, where he defended and prosecuted a broad range of title insurance and real estate actions at both the trial and appellate level.

Prior to joining FNF, Paul was in private practice, where he specialized in securities and antitrust litigation. Paul holds a B.S. in Business Management from Boston University and a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
